RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT INTERN
Brianna Thompson serves as a Research & Development Intern with Synergy Realty Group℠, where she supports leadership initiatives focused on strategic land acquisition and development opportunities for the Synergy BOYL Program. In this role, Brianna plays a key part in researching and evaluating properties to help identify viable opportunities for future residential development projects.
Currently pursuing a degree in Neuroscience at George Mason University, with consideration toward a double major in Psychology, Brianna brings a highly analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and a people-centered approach to her work. Her academic background strengthens her ability to conduct thorough research, assess complex information, and contribute thoughtfully to team initiatives.
With extensive experience in customer service and office administration, Brianna also supports operational efficiency through organization, communication, and administrative coordination. Her professionalism, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills make her a valuable resource to both the leadership team and clients throughout the development process.
