Jessica Estes is a dedicated and knowledgeable real estate professional who brings a unique depth of expertise to her work, setting her apart in the industry. Growing up in the real estate business as the daughter of one of Charlotte’s top title experts, Jessica has been immersed in the intricacies of real estate from an early age. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising and Retail Marketing from Johnson & Wales University of Charlotte, she earned her real estate license in 2017 and quickly became a standout performer, outpacing many of her peers in closed sales.

Jessica's commitment to her buyer clients is unwavering. She not only provides exceptional service but also goes above and beyond to hold other agents accountable, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and her clients’ interests are fully protected. Her in-depth understanding of the vital components of a home, from structure to systems, makes her more knowledgeable than most agents in the industry. She understands how these elements can impact her clients’ investments, and she ensures they are fully informed throughout the buying process.
 

Jessica joined our team in October 2024, taking on roles as a full-time Realtor, Leasing Associate, and Team Lead. She oversees our first-time homebuyer program, serves as a dedicated buyer specialist, and leads our recruitment efforts. Known for her efficiency, work ethic, and expertise in real estate title issues, property management, and real estate law, Jessica is a crucial member of the Synergy team, ensuring that every transaction is handled with the highest level of care and professionalism. Her dedication to her clients and her role as a mentor to her peers has made her an invaluable asset to the team.
