Tanesha Thompson is a seasoned real estate professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Originally from California, Tanesha relocated to North Carolina and understands firsthand the challenges families face when moving—whether across town or from out of state. Her personal journey as a transplant allows her to relate to her clients on a deeper level, making their transitions smoother and more seamless.

Tanesha began her career in cost segregation analysis, quickly gaining a strong foundation in the financial aspects of real estate. Her expertise grew to encompass residential sales, property management, and investment analysis. She went on to create Synergy Realty Group℠ in 2015, a thriving real estate team specializing in working with buyers, sellers, and investors. Under her leadership, Synergy Realty Group℠ has become a multi-million-dollar-producing team known for its unparalleled service and commitment to clients.

Her broad skill set also includes landlord and tenant representation in the both the commercial and residential sector, further adding depth to her knowledge and experience. Tanesha is particularly passionate about working with investors, guiding them through the process of property acquisition, growth, and portfolio analysis. She is dedicated to helping her clients make informed decisions, whether they are purchasing their first home or expanding their investment portfolios.
